It is applied to G7 fire alarm system series. The GM719 short-circuit isolator is connected in series to each section of bus or to the junction of the main line and branch line. Once short circuit occurs in a certain part of the bus circuit, the short-circuit isolator will isolate the faulty circuit part from the whole circuit to ensure normal operation for the other parts of the circuit. The indicator light flashes when the short-circuit isolator operates normally and is always on when the short-circuit isolator operates. When the bus of the faulty part is repaired, the short-circuit isolator can resume operation on its own and incorporate the isolated part back into the system. It is recommended to use at least one short-circuit isolator for every 32 address units. The bus is non-polar, and meets the requirements of the loop wiring system.
